There is a rapid boost for the rural industrialization in north China after the reform and opening-up policy，some region did not undergo the rural semi-industrialization/industrialization. This article focuses on the sports equipment of Qingyun in Shandong province to present the village industrialization progress of Qingyun prefecture after the reform and opening up policy，makes a simple comparison with the village industrialization of Gaoyang forced under the direct plan of industry revitalization after 1900，believes that the region without undergoing the semi village industrialization seems to be the similar as Gaoyang at the beginning of 20th Century in the initial stage of its village industrialization，however，their logic evolution is different due to the varying national industrialization level situated by them，this difference relates to the technical complexity and City industrialization.
