In order to improve the quality and efficiency of trial work，increase judicial credibility of courts，and enhance the people’s sense of gain and satisfaction，people’s courts in Zhejiang Province have created the mobile Wechat court by following the trend of Internet development and relying on the technological and platform advantages of WeChat apps，thereby creating a one-stop mobile litigation service system characterized by intensive construction，agglomeration of services，concentration of data，and integration of management. After four upgradings，the Mobile Wechat Court went online in all people’s courts in Zhejiang Province in September 2018. Through such functions as online case-filing and consultation of case files，online service of judicial documents，online mediation，online court trial，online application for enforcement，and online payment，it realizes the whole-process online handling of cases from case-filing to enforcement as well as the cross-regional remote handling，cross-level interconnected handling，and interdepartmental collaborated handling of litigation service items，thereby truly reducing the people’s litigation burden，enabling them to solve their cases in one visit to the court only，or even without the need to visit the court，improving the quality and efficiency of trial and enforcement work，promoting the disclosure of judicial information，enhancing judicial credibility，and enabling the people to feel fairness and justice in every judicial case.
