This article introduces the background，the significance，the guiding ideology，the content and the process of the construction of the Intelligent Auxiliary Civil，Commercial and Administrative Case Handling System of Courts in Shanghai，describes in detail the 27 basic functions of the system，especially the six innovative new functions that embody the deep application of AI in the judicial field，summarizes the results of application of the system in three different aspects on the basis of the data collected since the beginning of the operation of the system，objectively analyzes，on the basis of practical experiences，the deficiencies in the system with respect to basic hardware platform，standard of case file scanning，functions，and operational mechanisms，and puts forward some rational suggestions on the further development and upgrading of the system.
