The construction of intelligent courts is an important content of as well as a strong motive force for the deepening of the judicial reform in a comprehensive way China. This report，by introducing the current situation of the informatization of the People’s Court of Dengfeng City，Henan Province，analyzes and summarizes the various problems faced by people’s courts in the process of informatization，such as the constraint by traditional thinking，the imbalance between software and hardware construction，the shortage of technological personnel，and the lack of depth in the application of informatization technology，and puts forward some suggestions on the construction of intelligent courts.
