The advent of a new era gives rise to the new demand for a diversified administration of justice. Beijing Internet Court，relying on the unified trial database of three levels of courts in Beijing and based on such ideas as openness，inclusiveness，platform neutrality，data sharing，innovative upgrading，security and controllability，has created a whole-process integrated electronic litigation platform，which has standardized the governance of cyberspace and brought it under the rule of law，and effectively promoted the establishment of an Internet community of the rule of law. As an important part of the construction of intelligent courts in Beijing，this platform is an innovative measure aimed at basically satisfying the requirements of judicial fairness and administration of justice for the people.
