To implement the high-quality development strategy determined by the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China，the Third Plenary Session of the 11th Sichuan Provincial Committee adopted the “Decision of the Sichuan Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China on Promoting High-Quality Development in an All-round Way”，which draws exact “timetable” and “road map” for Sichuan economic development in the stage turning from high-speed growth to high-quality growth. Therefore，Sichuan's listed companies，as an important driving force in the high-quality development in Sichuan's economy，what is the current situation in terms of high-quality development？ Any achievements？What are the problems and what are the reasons？ What are the priorities and difficulties of high-quality development？ How to combine the universal principles of high-quality development with the specific practices of Sichuan enterprises？ How to deal with the relationship between speed and quality？ How to deal with the relationship between immediate interests and long-term interests？ The above problems are not only a theoretical issue，but also real problems that needs to be solved urgently. To this end，the author analyzes the achievements，problems and causes of high-quality development based on the current listed companies in Sichuan Province（mainly based on their representativeness，the authenticity and openness of financial data）. After that，it shows that high-quality development for listed companies is not only necessary but feasible.
