In the first half of 2018，the high-tech industry in Sichuan continued to grow steadily. The scale continued to expand，the total industrial output value increased by 17.8%，the main business increased by 17.6%，and the export delivery value increased by 26.7%. which was faster than the planned industrial growth rate and the export growth rate of all products. From the perspective of industrial agglomeration，Sichuan high-tech industry agglomeration is obvious，electronic information industry shows absolute leading advantage，and bio-medical of regional coordinated development，Sichuan's high-tech industry presents gradient development pattern，while the cities of Chengdu，Deyang and Mianyang showed their strong strength. The sum of the main business income of the three cities occupies more than two-thirds of the province's new and high-tec industry. With the uncertain development of Sino-Us trade conflict，the state issued a series of macro policies to promote stable economic growth，and Sichuan Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government further implemented high-quality development strategy. It is expected that the high-tech industry in Sichuan will still maintain the overall stable growth in 2019，with a trend of slight decline in some indicators though.
