With the deepening of supply-side structural reform on agriculture，the overall agricultural production in Sichuan Province has remained stable since 2018. In the first half of the year，the province achieved a “double increase” in agricultural output value and per capita disposable income （PCDI）of farmers，the integration of primary，secondary and tertiary industries has been accelerated. In 2019，Sichuan Province will continue to implement the strategy of rural revitalization，actively promote the overall planning of rural industrial revitalization，talent revitalization，cultural revitalization，ecological revitalization and organizational revitalization，Sichuan's agricultural and rural areas will face a new round of development opportunities. At the same time，the whole province is faced with the problems of increasing restriction on agricultural resources，inadequate innovation in agricultural science and technology，and serious aging of agricultural labor force.
