Based on the operational data of economy and finance of Sichuan in the first half year of 2018，and analysis of influencing factors during the reporting period，this article has made analysis and prediction of the development trend of main financial industry and market participants including commercial banks，insurance institutions and capital market in Sichuan during 2018-2019 by adopting methods of historical data analysis and investigation analysis.This articleholds that financial industry of Sichuan has been in the period ofspeedshift，whichshows a relatively obvious trend of slowing down the speed of transformation inthe reporting period.It will be the future direction to promote the technological and financial transformation of local banks and insurance institutions in Sichuanin support ofenhancing the financing intensity of capital market and bond market.
