In 2018，the Sichuan Provincial Committee and Government proposed a development strategy of “One Trunk Mufti-Branch” to promote the formation of a coordinated development pattern of “one multi-discipline and five-zone synergy”.From the first half of 2018，the economic operation of Sichuan Province was generally stable，showing a steady and positive operating trend，and the main economic indicators were higher than the national average.The total general public budget revenue of Sichuan Province was 308.56 billion yuan，an increase of 20%. However，for 2019，China faces an external Sino-US trade friction，and there is internal pressure from fee and tax reduction.We predict that Sichuan's fiscal revenue will generally maintain the same level of growth as that in 2019，that is，continue to maintain the growth rate of 8%.
