Australian diplomacy has stressed stability because of the domestic politics and the Government weak position during 2017-2018. Australia is maintaining the balanced the power relations on one hand，and promoting the new diplomatic policies and arrangement on the other. The priorities among them can be seen as the Sino-Australia relations up and downs，and the Indo-Pacific building up.Apart from the traditional power relations，Australia paid more attention to the regions of Southeast Asia and South Pacific.
