<<Since the property requirement of distributed Long-stay residence is relatively lower,most of brands reduce cost and increase operational efficiency by taking economics of scale strategy,which is expanding intraregional business. Rental housing industry also widely adopt intelligence,and new technique,internet commercial. Analyzing the development progress,business model,and leader's sentiments of major brands,we found that,enhancing consumers’ efficiency of searching apartment,and increasing rental rate of owners,are the two important factors which affected the competitiveness of the enterprises.
