Meadin brand index （MBI） is an index system which is developed by Meadin Academic institution independently. Based on economic internet trend，MBI focuses on factors of market and consumer，it could measure the relationship between consumers and brands dynamically. Regarding brand as intangible assets，MBI evaluates extra value of brand for enterprises，by taking brand awareness，enterprise service and brand image as key factors. MBI clarifies Long-stay residence into three categories according to types of property and groups of target customer，which includes service residence，centralized Long-stay residence and distributed Long-stay residence，and ranking them by monitoring specific dimension performance. Somerset Serviced Residence，Youplus and Danke Apartment are ranked first in different categories respectively in the first half year of 2018.
