新媒体时代,微信平台已渗入各行各业中,利用微信平台开展服务已成为社会趋势。中医医院微信公号也在实践中不断发展。本文运用统计分析法,对全国中医医院(含民族医医院、中西医结合医院、中医专科医院,下同)开通微信公众号情况进行统计,研究其阅读量、发文频次、内容类型、点赞数、菜单栏目设置等数据维度和用户体验,分析全国中医医院微信公号运营情况。建议中医医院提高对微信公号新媒体传播功能的认识,加强对微信公号服务功能的利用,同时利用微信公号管理患者、实现线上线下双向互动。
<<Abstract:In the new media era,the Wechat platform has infiltrated into all walks of life. It has become a social trend to use the Wechat platform to carry out services. The public name of Weixin in TCM hospital is also developing continuously in practice. This paper uses statistical analysis method to make statistics on the opening of Wechat Public Number in Chinese traditional medicine hospitals (including ethnic medicine hospitals,integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine hospitals,Chinese medicine specialist hospitals,the same below). It studies the data dimension and user experience of reading amount,frequency of sending articles,content type,number of points,menu column setting and so on. It also analyses the operation of Wechat Public Number in Chinese traditional medicine hospitals throughout the country. It is suggested that traditional Chinese medicine hospitals should improve their understanding of the new media communication function of Weixin Public Number,strengthen the utilization of the service function of Weixin Public Number,and use Weixin Public Number to manage patients and realize two-way interaction online and offline.
