2017年3月24日，50多位从事党建工作的领导、专家、学者汇聚中央党校会议室，参加红豆集团党委书记、董事局主席兼CEO周海江根据多年企业实践归纳写成的21万字《中国特色现代企业制度》专著首发式。面对这本由民营企业家写成的首部党企融合理论书籍，大家感到十分惊讶和敬佩，一致对该书给予好评和赞扬。
作为民营企业家，周海江为何要写一本党建和企业融合的理论性、制度性著作？为何中国特色现代企业制度是“三位一体”的？在喜庆改革开放四十周年之际，笔者采访了周海江同志。
<<It is on March 24，2017，when more than 50 leaders，experts and scholars，who were engaged in party construction，gathered in the meeting room of the Party School of the Central Committee of C.P.C.，and participated in the first release of a professional publication，the Chinese Characteristic Institution of Modern Corporation.This book is written by Zhou Haijiang，the Party Secretary，Board Chairman and CEO of HOdo Group，and concluded from the enterprise practices for many years into 210000 words.Facing this first theory book on the integration of party construction and enterprise and written by a private entrepreneur，all the attendees felt surprise and a great admiration，and gave the book a very high praise.As a private entrepreneur，why did Zhou Haijiang write a theoretical and institutional book on the integration of party construction and enterprise？ Why is the modern enterprise system with Chinese characteristics “a trinity”？ On the occasion of the celebration of the 40th anniversary of China's Reform and Opening-up，this author interviewed the comrade Zhou Haijiang.
