改革开放40年来，我国在多个领域取得了举世瞩目的成就。本报告梳理了这40年来中国人力资源市场改革与发展的大致脉络，并将其划分为四个时期。在每个时期都从市场概括、工资改革和理论演变三个角度对当时的市场状况进行了分析。在阐述改革开放40年来中国人力资源市场发展历程的同时，本报告也对人力资源市场未来的发展方向进行了展望。
