我国老年健康服务行业的需求随着人口老龄化的加剧而日益增加,老年护理服务作为健康服务业中的重要一环,相关人才培养十分关键,同时也是我国目前亟须探讨和解决的问题。本报告通过梳理现阶段老年护理人才的职能定位、人才数量、相关政策和培养方式,总结了目前老年护理人才培养与发展中出现的人员数量不足、综合素质不高、缺乏认证考核制度和社会影响因素等问题,并针对问题提出了完善培养体系、建立认证考核制度、推动人员再就业与加大宣传力度等相关发展建议,以期为我国老年护理人才的培养及相关政策制定提供参考。
<<With the aggravation of the aging population,the demand of the geriatric health service industry in China is increasing. As an important link of the healthcare service industry,elderly care personnel is crucial to secure service quantity and quality,and therefore an important issue to research and address in a China. This report reviews the job requirements,the quantity,the relevant policies,the training methods and the problems of the elderly care personnel. The study found about the insufficient number of professional personnel,the problematic capability of the staff,the lack of certification and examination system and the influence of social factors. The report also puts forward some development suggestions on how to perfect the training system,establishing the system of certification and assessment,promoting the re-employment of the unemployed and increasing the information dissemination and so on.
