Rural revitalization and farmer cooperatives have interactive effects. However，in the process of rural revitalization，the development of farmers' cooperatives will encounter many difficulties. For example，the development concept is lagging behind，the capital is going to the countryside，the brain drain，and the transformation of government functions cannot keep up with the actual demand. In the future，it is necessary to incorporate farmer cooperatives into the rural revitalization strategy，establish and improve the system and mechanism for the healthy development of both sides，and prevent rural revitalization and the development of farmer cooperatives from entering misunderstandings.
