Many new policies and advocations for China to strengthen its relations with Africa are comprehensively put forward，and a lot of new actions and measures to promote China-Africa pragmatic cooperation are declared in 2018 Beijing Summit of FOCAC，which have promoted the comprehensive strategic and cooperative partnership between China and Africa onto a new historical level，and have set a new direction for developing countries to conduct the South-South cooperation.Moreover，they have brought new energy for globalization process and the political and economic development of the world.This Summit tells the nature of China-Africa cooperation to the world，enriches the time essences of China-Africa community with a shared future，which are joint responsibility，win-win cooperation，happiness for all，cultural co-prosperity，common security，and harmony co-existence. Therefore，keeping pace with the times，the Summit has drawn up a future action plan for China-Africa cooperation，and has set a good example for building a community with a shared future for mankind.
