Learning experience is the emotional response of students based on their experience in education resources，school activities，personal growth，etc.Based on 19 interviews to the selected pedagogy postgraduates in N school，we can find their motivation for going on further study，such as drifting with the current，aiming at changing surroundings，being influenced by the educated family，benefiting from their interests or family，trying to enhance their abilities and academic level.These influences can be summarized as employment pressure，academic dream，relative or peer influence，undergraduate universities and majors，social environment，etc.，which have different degrees and mechanisms and need to be paid attention to actively dealt with.
