京津冀协同发展开启了京津冀金融协同的窗口期,北京市金融资源丰富,河北省金融业发展相对落后,天津市居中,由于长期以来的行政壁垒惯性,目前京津冀金融协同发展尚处于初期阶段,金融服务实体经济因为国内外发展因素制约仍然存在问题,京津冀金融协同服务实体经济更是处于探索发展之中。本文从京津冀金融协同融合促进、金融监管和创新、充分利用金融嫁接移动互联网促进产业结构优化升级和创业投资等措施出发,针对河北省、石家庄市和廊坊市提出了具体的对策建议,以更好地在金融开放环境下针对京津冀金融协同发展补短板、促发展。
<<The coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei has opened the window of financial cooperation between Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei. Beijing has abundant financial resources and the development of Hebei's financial industry is relatively backward. Tianjin is in the middle. Due to the long-term inertia of administrative barriers the current coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei financial coordination is in the initial stage,that the financial industry services real economy still has problems due to the development factors at home and abroad. The Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei financial cooperative servicing entity economy is in the process of exploration and development. This paper promotes financial integration and promotes financial supervision and innovation from Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei collaboration. Using financial grafting mobile Internet to promote industrial structure optimization and upgrading,to promote venture capital investment . At the end,this paper put forward specific countermeasures and suggestions for Hebei Province,Shijiazhuang City and Langfang City in order to better their respective financial capability,to coordinate the development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei financial cooperation in the financial open environment,by solidify the weakest part to promote the overall development.
