Macao is a city with gambling as the leading industry. More than eighty percent of the local residents are engaged in gambling industry. Gambling industry is in a single working environment for a long time because of its nature of work. Therefore，gambling practitioners are also facing enormous occupational pressure. Based on the previous academic achievements，this study explores the occupational stress faced by the lottery practitioners，and analyzes the relationship between employees' leisure adjustment，emotional labor and job burnout. I hope that through this sort of combing，we put forward the research summary and suggestion of this study，and hope that they can help practitioners to coordinate the conflict between work and life so as to improve their work performance.
