On the theoretical basis of Cooper's Experiential Learning Theory，combined with professional exploration of the Hospitality Management of Huangshan University，this study constructs the curriculum system of “Learning，Racing and Producing”，and makes an innovation in the practical curriculum system of the Hospitality Management. This study constructs a diversified three-dimensional practical curriculum system：reconstructing the practical teaching system，deepening the connotation of theoretical teaching and creating the hotel training platform，which effectively enriches the research content of innovative personnel training mode of the Hospitality Management.
