Xiongan has a long history and splendid culture，which is an important part of Chinese civilization and is closely related to Yanzhao culture. By using the official history and a large number of historical documents，this paper investigates the separation and reunification of administrative construction，the migration of government offices and the change of jurisdictional relationship between the Spring and Autumn Period and 2017 in Xiongan New Area，and systematically reveals the historical features of the vicissitudes of Xiongan New Area.
