This report examines the development of the Traditional Chinese Medicine（TCM） in Macau from the viewpoint of the related regulations，health care，medicine，education，research and development（R&D） and industry. Macau’s TCM industry experienced rapid growth after its return to China and showed a good momentum of development，especially the R&D of TCM. Inevitably，in the course of the development of TCM industry，Macau faces a lot of problems：human resource supply and demand imbalance，lag of laws and regulations，lack of administrative authorities，small scale and low innovative capability of the enterprises，inadequate facilities and technical infrastructure. Through thorough analysis of the status quo and problems，this report concludes with a number of policy recommendations.
