The enrollment is the key link and hub of the comprehensive reform of the new college entrance examination. In the past 40 years of reform and opening up，many achievements have been made. Sunshine Projects，independent enrollment of colleges，diversion of vocational education，and standardization of awarded points in college entrance examinations have achieved good results. Under the guidance of the country’s unified enrollment policy，we should fully consider the fairness and balance of enrollment，standardize the independent enrollment of colleges and universities，expand the autonomy of colleges and universities，vigorously develop vocational education，standardize and moderately guide the development of enrollment of special types，and forming a multi-channel，multi-path，reasonable and scientific enrollment system has become an important direction for future enrollment reform.
