    新高考综合改革的政策解读——2014~2019年高考政策分析与观察

    摘要

    2014年国务院发布《关于深化考试招生制度改革的实施意见》,标志着新一轮高考改革的正式启动,此轮改革主要围绕“分类考试”“综合评价”“多元录取”这三个考试招生模式进行,但“招考相对分离”也在实践中有所体现。考试内容改革是高考改革中永恒的主题。近年来,高考命题主要是按照教育部考试中心提出的“一核四层四翼”高考评价体系进行。最近几年尤其是2018年的高考试题主要考查立德树人、主干知识、关键能力、理论联系实际、创新思维等方面,高考为学生减轻了负担。

    Abstract

    In 2014,the State Council issued the “Implementation Opinions on Deepening the Reform of the Examinations and Enrollment System”,marking the official launch of the new round of college entrance examination reform. This round of reforms mainly focused on the three examination enrollment modes of “category examination”,“comprehensive evaluation” and “diversified admissions”,but “relative separation of recruitment and examination” is also reflected in practice.

    The examination content reform is the eternal theme in the college entrance examination reform. In recent years,the question setting process of college entrance examination is mainly carried out in accordance with the “one core,four-layer and four-wing” evaluation system proposed by the Ministry of Education Examination Center. From the analysis of the college entrance examination papers in recent years,especially in 2018,the test questions are mainly used to examine the main knowledge,key abilities,theoretical connection with the reality,and innovative thinking to reduce the burden on students.
