2018年是全面贯彻党的十九大精神的开局之年，也是开启新时代经济社会发展新路径的重大契机。为了解陕西公众关注和讨论的社会热点和焦点，课题组进行了专项调查。调查结果显示，公众高度关注涉及社会公德、顶层布局以及对经济社会发展具有重要影响的事件，其中“高铁霸座事件”高居公众关注榜首，引发了社会对道德准则、执法监管等议题的讨论。2018年度社会“流行词语”中，“一带一路”“抖音”“脱贫攻坚”位列前三。公众认为“开工建设西安至延安高铁”、“党的十九届三中全会召开”及“陕西大力整治秦岭违建”等事件对陕西发展产生重大而深远影响。报告结果体现了陕西公众在新时代背景下，对国家及陕西经济社会发展的普遍感受及深度思考。
<<2018 is the first year of the full implementation of the spirit of the 19th NC CPC.It is also a major opportunity to open a new path of social and economic development in the new era. In order to understand the social hot spots and focus on public attention and discussion in Shaanxi，the research team conducted a special investigation. The survey results show that the public is highly concerned about events involving social morality，top-level layout，and economic and social development. The report reflects the general feelings of public on the economic and social development of the country and Shaanxi in the new era.
