暑假作为学生学习和生活的有机构成，对中小学生的全面发展有着重要影响，但由于受升学竞争等压力的影响，受我国具体国情的影响，我国各地中小学生的暑假安排已经离愉快安全和充实相去甚远。本文试图通过对陕西地区中小学生暑期状况进行调查，找出解决暑期困境、回归暑假设置初心的有效方法。

However，due to the pressure of competition，the summer vacation arrangements are full of study.
