消费是社会经济发展的原动力和社会主义生产的应有归宿。陕西“追赶超越”既是经济的追赶超越，也是居民生活水平的追赶超越。消费需求提升既是拉动经济的重要动力，也是居民生活水平提高的核心标志。近年来，在新形势下国家不断凸显消费的作用，尤其是目前中美贸易战加剧，内需的作用更加突出。故陕西要实现追赶超越，就必须重视消费的基础作用，破解消费需求提升难题。本文从陕西消费需求的现状、现存主要问题及其对社会民生的影响、提升路径三方面对其消费需求及提升进行探讨，以实现陕西经济发展促消费，消费增长反过来又拉动经济增速的良性循环。
<<Consumption is the driving force of social and economic development and the due dilemma of socialist production. Catch-Up And Transcendence in Shaanxi is not only on the situation of economy，but also the situation of living standards of the residents.Therefore，Shaanxi must pay attention to the basic role of consumption and solve the problem of upgrading consumer demand. This paper discusses the consumption demand and its improvement of Shaanxi from the current situation，the existing main problems and its impact on the people's livelihood and the path of improvement.
