This report reveals the general information and development of the degree of public satisfaction with basic public services in 38 major cities in China）including Municipalities\\ Provincial Capitals\\ Special Economic Zones and Cities Specifically Designated in the State Plan）through systematic assessment and comparative study，in accordance with the evaluation index system of local government's public service capability. By researching the changes of annual data between 2018 and 2017，a comparative analysis based on the assessment of the situation about the degree of public satisfaction with basic public services in different types of cities and different criteria is also included.
