本报告从公共交通、公共安全等9个方面,采用网络问卷调查方式,对全国38个主要城市的基本公共服务力进行深入研究,发布了2018年全国38个主要城市调查问卷满意度评价情况及各排行榜。采用网络大数据分析方法,通过879。3万条有效评论样本对全国38个主要城市的基本公共服务满意度进行大数据评价。由于调查方式的调整,2018年38个主要城市基本公共服务调查问卷满意度平均得分为58。05分,较2017年的63。37分有小幅下降。
<<This report,by analyzing the results of online questionnaires,comprehensively and thoroughly evaluates and studies the basic public service capability in 38 major Chinese cities,and issues the ranking lists and results of satisfactoriness of these cities in 2018 from nine aspects,which are Public Transportation,Public Security,Housing Guarantee,Basic Education,Social Security and Employment,Basic Healthcare and Public Health,Urban Environment,Culture and Sports,and Government Services. Meanwhile,the network big data analysis method is used to verify and evaluate the basic public service capability of 38 major Chinese cities. Because of the adjustment of the survey method,the overall satisfactoriness index for basic public services in Chinese cities decreases,from 63.37 in 2017 to 58.05 in 2018.
