社区是我国政策开展和落实的第一线，社区治理得好与坏直接关系着我国基层民众对政府的观感，而社区工作经费的使用是社区运行和管理的基础保障，也是提高社区发展质量的基础条件。因此，做好社区工作资金的管理，提高社区资金的使用效率十分重要。本报告重点调研西城区广内街道社区工作资金来源情况，介绍了在社区资金的使用、监管方面采取的系列举措，并对社区工作资金管理和规范使用方面的问题进行了分析，最后就如何加强社区资金的使用和监管，提高资金使用效率提出思考。
<<The community is the front line for policy implementation of our country. The community governance is closely related to impressions of the masses on the government，and utilization of the funds related to the community work is the fundamental guarantee for operation and management of the community and a basic condition for improving development quality of the community. In this sense，it is very important to properly manage the funds and improve their efficiency. This article focuses on the sources of the funds of Guang'anmennei Sub-district，introduces measures for the utilization and supervision of the community funds，analyses problems in management and standardized utilization and finally presents some reflections on how to strengthen utilization and supervision of the community funds，and improve their efficiency.
