Enjoying public services is not only a need for existence and development of the citizens，but also a basic guarantee for the quality of life as well. It is therefore of great significance to evaluate the life quality from the perspectives of the residents as to their sense of getting public services and satisfaction with public services. In this paper，we have adopted the questionnaire method and performed a questionnaire survey on public services and the life quality of the permanent residents in 18 communities of Guang'anmennei Sub-district in Xicheng District. On this basis，we have assessed the sub-district as to its organization and offering of public services as well as the residents' satisfaction，reached an overall conclusion and provided concrete suggestions relating to existing problems.
