Fire safety work is an important livelihood project to ensure the stable development of the whole society. As an important historical and cultural protection zone，Dashilar Sub-district is a key firefighting zone in Xicheng District. In order to strengthen the residents’ awareness of fire prevention，eliminate potential safety hazards and comprehensively improve the fire safety environment of local blocks，Dashilar Sub-district takes the environmental characteristics of local blocks into account，follows the requirements of the “Scientific Outlook on Development”，actively explores the small and micro-sized governance mode in the field of fire safety，sets up the first women's fire brigade，and makes significant contributions to regional fire safety work. The women's fire brigade is a useful attempt for community firefighting work，which is an important manifestation for continuous innovation in the social governance mode at the grassroots level，continuous improvement in the level of public services at the grassroots levelas as well as continuous improvement in the quality of regional development in Dashilar Sub-district.
