Since the launch of the Dashilar Historical Block Revival Project，as an icon for exploration and innovation of Xicheng District in terms of protection and development of historical and cultural protection zones，Beijing Fun has become a key part of thisProject，and it has attracted extensive attention from the governments and all walks of life. This report firstly analyzes the crossover integrated development mechanism of multiple players，and makes selective analysis of the multi-player involvement mechanism and crossover integrated operation mode of the Beijing Fun Project，with a view to providing insights and references for other historical and cultural protection zones.
