In order to contribute to development of the capital，improve the quality of the city and accelerate social transformation，Xicheng District takes the initiative to promote the construction and development of the full-response grid social governance system. The grid social governance mode has brought about positive results in decentralization of non-capital functions. Due to its important geographical location and complicated block environment，Dashilar assumes an arduous task of social governance. In order to achieve the social governance goals of “More Stable Social Order，Cleaner Urban Environment，Better Service for the People，More Advanced Civilization，More Scientific Management and More Harmonious Social Relationship”，Dashilar Sub-district actively launches the pilot campaign for incorporating governmental cadres into the grid. This report crystallizes in-depth surveys on the work of incorporating governmental cadres into the gridin Dashilar Sub-district through interviews and records. On the basis of the survey，this report summarizes some advanced experience and excellent exemplars in the pilot for incorporating governmental cadres into the grid，analyzes the existing problems from the theoretical level，and puts forward corresponding suggestions for improvement.
