宣传工作具有强烈的思想政治属性,承担着意识形态、价值观念、精神文明的宣传、教育和创建工作。宣传工作的重点和难点都在基层。特别是随着新一代信息技术和产业变革的到来,社会生产和生活方式都发生了深刻变革,尤其是新媒体技术的异军突起,使整个社会舆论场的自由度和参与度大幅提升。大栅栏街道主动运用新媒体技术,创新宣传工作方式和载体,积极搭建新媒体宣传平台,在强化意识形态教育、树立正确价值观念、创建精神文明方面取得了良好的效果。本文对大栅栏街道探索新媒体背景下基层宣传工作的实践经验和创新模式进行研究和总结,从理论层面解析这一创新模式的内在机理和运行规律,为更好地发挥基层宣传功能提供理论支撑。
<<Publicity work features strong ideological and political attributes,and undertakes the publicity,education and creation of ideology,values and spiritual civilization. The priorities and difficulties of publicity work come to light at the grassroots level.In particular,with the advent of new-generation information technology and industrial revolution,huge changes have taken place in social production and life styles.Particularly,the emergence of new media technologies sharply increases the degree of freedom and participation of the entire public opinion realm. Dashilar Sub-district takes the initiative to apply new media technologies,innovates publicity work modes and carriers,actively builds the new media publicity platform,and witnesses satisfactory results in strengthening ideological education,establishing correct values and promoting construction of spiritual civilization. This report analyzes and summarizes practical experience and innovation modes of Dashilar Sub-districtin,explores grassroots publicity work under the background of new media and probes into the internal mechanism and operational law of this innovation mode from the theoretical perspective,aiming to provide theoretical support for better exerting the publicity function at the grassroots level.
