地区公共服务是服务地区发展的基础条件，地区工作人口是推动地区发展的人力资源，因此，关于地区工作人口对地区公共服务供给状况的了解程度和满意度的调查具有重要的现实意义。本文采用问卷调查的形式，对西城区大栅栏街道9个社区的工作人口开展地区公共服务供需情况和满意度的调查，通过调查掌握大栅栏街道工作人口对地区公共服务状况的评价信息，发现存在的问题，并以此次调查获取的数据信息为依据，就改善地区公共服务供给状况提供相关对策建议，有针对性地完善地区公共服务体系，为地区工作人口提供一个安心、舒适、便利、宜居的工作和生活环境，让其更好地为促进地区和谐发展做贡献。
<<Regional public services are foundations in support of regional development.The regional working population provides human resources for supporting regional development. Therefore，it is of great practical significance to investigate the understanding and satisfaction degree of the regional working population for regional public service supply. This report conducts a survey on the supply and demand situation and degree of satisfaction through issuing questionnaires to working people in nine communities of Dashilar Sub-district，Xicheng District.This report collects evaluation on regional public service situations in Dashilar Sub-district，identifies the existing problems，and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improv the supply of regional public services based on the data and information from the survey，so as to pertinently improve the regional public service system，provide a reassuring，comfortable，convenient and livable working and living environment for regional working population，and help them contribute more to the harmonious development of this region.
