With the in-depth development of China's reform，it is necessary to promote the transformation and development of the government and to build a service-oriented government，so as to meet the needs of China's social development. Public services refer to various resources offered by the Government for people，The Government continuously improves the people's living standards by boosting the equalization of urban and rural basic public services and improving urban and rural public service systems. This report conducts a survey on community public services and residents' quality of life through issuing questionnaires to resident in nine communities of Dashilar Sub-district，Xicheng District.This report looks into the specific situations about public services rendered by DashilarSub-district，collects the residents’ satisfaction evaluation on community services，makes conclusions through data analysis，and finally puts forward countermeasures and suggestions.
