In this chapter，four equipment manufacturing enterprises with typical representative significance in enterprise management innovation are selected to analyze their basic situation，management innovation situation and management innovation experience. The four companies are BOE Technology Group Co.，Ltd.，Weichai holding Group Co.，Goldwind Technology Co.，Ltd.，and Commercial Aircraft Corporation of China Ltd. Selected representative enterprises in this chapter have introduced many advanced management tools such as Performance Excellence Model and Lean Management，the applied cloud computing，big data，and other advanced information technology，developed innovative management system in the aspects of quality management，supply chain management，operations management，organization management，personnel training，established an management system involves the whole life cycle of research，development，procurement，production，sales，operations and other section of the industrial chain，have representativeness and advancement in management innovation，and have provided great guiding significance to the improvement of management methods and upgrading of management mode of equipment manufacturing enterprises.
