本文选取了在企业管理创新方面具有典型代表意义的四家装备制造业企业,对其基本情况、管理创新情况和管理创新经验进行分析。这四家企业分别为京东方科技集团股份有限公司、潍柴控股集团有限公司、金风科技股份有限公司、中国商用飞机有限责任公司。本章选取的代表性企业在企业管理过程中引入了卓越绩效、精益管理等先进管理工具,应用了云计算、大数据等先进信息技术,在企业质量管理、供应链管理、运营管理、组织管理、人才培养等方面制定了创新的管理制度,建立了覆盖企业研发、采购、生产、销售、运营等各个环节的全生命周期管理体系,在管理创新方面具有一定典型性和先进性,对装备制造业企业管理方法改进和管理模式升级具有重要借鉴意义。
<<In this chapter,four equipment manufacturing enterprises with typical representative significance in enterprise management innovation are selected to analyze their basic situation,management innovation situation and management innovation experience. The four companies are BOE Technology Group Co.,Ltd.,Weichai holding Group Co.,Goldwind Technology Co.,Ltd.,and Commercial Aircraft Corporation of China Ltd. Selected representative enterprises in this chapter have introduced many advanced management tools such as Performance Excellence Model and Lean Management,the applied cloud computing,big data,and other advanced information technology,developed innovative management system in the aspects of quality management,supply chain management,operations management,organization management,personnel training,established an management system involves the whole life cycle of research,development,procurement,production,sales,operations and other section of the industrial chain,have representativeness and advancement in management innovation,and have provided great guiding significance to the improvement of management methods and upgrading of management mode of equipment manufacturing enterprises.
