Qilian Mountain，known as ecological security barrier，golden section of the Silk Road and “One-Belt-One-Road” and lifeblood of the Hexi Corridor even west China with its unique geographical location，rich natural resources. However，in recent years，the ecological environmental problems in Qilian Mountain National Nature Reserve emerge endlessly so that national important leaders gave concerning instructions，the miserable condition of Qilian Mountain has been exposed to the public many times by media and exposed to the general information，the investigation for responsibility of related personnel has been done. The ecological environment governance in Qilian Mountain made substantial progress after reform and rectification of more than one year by overall ecological restoration and management，establishing long-term effective mechanism of ecological protection，accelerating the process of green development. How should the government and related departments give a full play to the advantage of “Environmental Improvement and Governance” ensuring a long-term green development of Qilian Mountain National Nature Reserve with the opening of the new era of ecological civilization construction？
