文化品牌是文化相关机构或个人长期努力的结果,是文化产品和文化服务、文化机构、文化人物或文化地域区别于他人的标识,具有极大的经济价值和社会效益。然而,近年来文化品牌屡遭抢注,给文化品牌拥有者带来了极大困扰和损失。本文重点分析了文化品牌被抢注的主要类型以及造成文化品牌屡遭抢注的主要原因,并从强化品牌持有人商标意识、加强相关政策法律支持、完善社会服务体系等方面对加强文化品牌保护提出了相关建议。
<<Cultural brands,which are the result of long term efforts of related cultural organization and people and have enormous economic value and social benefits,are the distinctive signs of cultural products,services,organizations,figures and regions.However,in recent years it caused a great trouble and loss for cultural brands owners that many cultural brands are registered maliciously.This article discusses mainly on the types of maliciously-registered cultural brands and the reasons,and also brings up some suggestions of cultural brands protection from different perspectives of cultural brands owners awareness,policies and laws,and social service systems.
