当前,我国有线电视用户规模持续减少,而互联网电视用户规模则呈现快速上升态势。互联网电视作为一种新的电视业态,正在深刻改变中国电视产业的竞争格局。本文基于产业经济学的视角,重点分析了中国互联网电视产业组织与产业政策的现状和问题,并提出了产业创新的对策建议,即提供优质的互联网电视节目内容、创新互联网电视产业的技术手段、拓展互联网电视产业的增值业务、调整互联网电视产业的商业模式;强化政府规制与提供政策支持结合。
<<At present,the scale of cable TV users continues to decrease,while the scale of OTT TV users is showing a rapid increase in China.As a new TV format,OTT TV is profoundly changing the competitive landscape of China's TV industry.Based on the perspective of industrial economics,this paper focuses on the status quo and problems of OTT TV industrial organization and industrial policy of China's OTT TV,and proposes countermeasures for industrial innovation,namely providing high-quality OTT TV program contents;innovating the technology means of the OTT TV industry;expanding the value-added services of the OTT TV industry;adjusting the business models of OTT TV industry;strengthening government supervision and providing policy support.
