    加强人力资源供需对接,提高公共就业服务水平

    摘要

    随着经济社会转型发展、产业结构调整升级,企业用工需求与人力资源供给之间出现了不平衡、不充分的问题,影响了产业发展和就业促进。当前公共就业服务工作已经取得了良好的成绩,为了更加深入地了解人力资源供需情况,本文通过问卷抽样调查的形式,对企业所需劳动者的要求和求职人员所需要的就业服务进行了分析,发现新时代背景下,上海的人力资源供需对接面临着人力资源市场结构性失衡、公共就业服务对接错位、职业技能培训供需不平衡等问题,并提出加强公共就业服务工作,实现更高质量、更加充分的就业。

    Abstract

    With the economic and social transformation,the industrial structure adjustment and upgrading,there has been an imbalance and insufficient problem between the employment demand of enterprises and the supply of human resources. These problems have affected industrial development and employment promotion. At present,the public employment service work has achieved good reputation. In order to get a deeper understanding about the market of human resources,this research used the sample survey to find the demand for enterprises and the requirements for the employments. It is find that there are many problems,such as structural imbalance in human resources market,the mismatch of public employment services,the imbalance between vocational skills training in the new era. At last,the paper suggest that we should promote the public employment services,achieved higher quality and more adequate employment.
