In recent years，the Intermediate People’s Court of Zhumadian City，Henan Province has attached high importance to and led two levels of courts in the city to actively carry out the work of openness of court trial and，by doing so，ultimately become a pacesetter in the openness of court trial in the whole province，event in the whole country. This report，as the final result of the third-party assessment，gives a brief review of the development stages of the work of openness of court trial in two levels of courts in the city，analyzes in detail the excellent performance as well as existing problems in this work，and puts forward some concrete and feasible recommendations on the improvement of the work.
