Under the national modernization governance system，social organization evaluation has become an important mechanism for multi-subjects participate in social collaborative governance. In recent years，the expected effects of “evaluation by evaluation，promotion by evaluation，and development by evaluation” set by Social Organization Evaluation are shown and strengthened. However，the capacity of social organization evaluation agencies has to be improved. The index system and technical methods of social organization evaluation have yet to be completed. The scope of application of assessment results needs to be expanded. In response to the problems faced by Social Organization Evaluation，we should continue improving the social organization evaluation mechanism，and start the revision of the Social Organization Evaluation Management Measures. When conditions are ripe people should improve social organization evaluation standards and make better the evaluation methods，and strengthen social organization capacity building，promote the application of social organization evaluation results further.
