Pudong New Area actively builds a “new plateau of free trade efficiency” with the most convenient trade and investment，the highest administrative efficiency，the most standardized service management and the most perfect legal system in terms of government environment，market environment，legal environment and social environment. Among them，deepening the reform of “certification separation” and “six double” comprehensive supervision of government have achieved remarkable results. But at the same time，there are still some problems，such as the government’s “shop second” service is not yet in place，the construction of a government with good faith and the rule of law，and the living environment needs to be improved.
