As the forefront of China’s opening to the outside world，Pudong New Area has shouldered the important mission of deepening reform and opening up in an all-round way under the new situation since its establishment. Up to now，Pudong New Area has formed a series of important achievements in expanding financial opening up. Firstly，this report analyzes the macro-environment of financial development at home and abroad based on the data in the first half of 2018. Under this background，this paper analyzes the new advantages of Pudong New Area in high-quality development with the financial opening-up，and further looks forward to ways to improve the quality of financial development in the future.
