The issue of “agriculture，countryside and farmers” has always been the top priority of the Party’s work，and the nineteenth National Congress report also clearly put forward the strategy of rural revitalization，combined with the strategic goal of “Fengxian Mei Fengxian Qiang”. Fengxian agricultural structure has been continuously optimized in recent years，with the green quality and benefit agriculture continuously developed. Farmers’income has increased steadily，and the income gap between urban and rural areas has been widened but the growth rate slowed down. The education level of rural labor force has been improved significantly on the whole，and the rural ecological construction and various reforms were progressing smoothly. In 2019，Fengxian will pay more attention to the completion of supporting measures for rural revitalization，the integration and development of rural primary，secondary and tertiary industries，the brand building of agricultural products，the further deepening of the “three-piece land” reform，the strengthening of rural collective “three-capital” management，the expansion and strengthening of the “100 villages” model，and the sustainable growth of farmers’income.
